Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For international shipments, Huzbuz Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Huzbuz is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Returns Policy: Our Return & Refund policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

Non-returnable Items: Please note that customized items are not eligible for returns due to the personalization involved. 

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@huzbuz.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

2. Pack Your Return: Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please ensure all items are packed tightly and securely as we are not liable for damage during return shipment. 

3. Ship Your Return: Ship the item(s) to the address out customer service team provided.
4. Order Refunded.

Please note that under the following conditions, only the price of the product will be refunded, with the original shipping cost being deducted:

1. The product is received in good condition.
2. The style, function, and design of the product are as described..
3. The item is no longer needed, but it was delivered within the promised time frame.

At huzbuz.studio, we cover the cost of return shipping if you receive an incorrect or damaged product. 

Refund Policy for Orders Not Received: We offer a full refund under the following circumstances:

1. There is no update on the tracking for 20 days.
2. The item has not been received 30 days after shipment.
3. The tracking indicates delivery, but you can provide proof from the shipping service that the package was not delivered to you.
4. The order has not been shipped and you would like to cancel it (note: cancellations are not accepted for customized orders).
